Caelumly provides private tools for daily check-ins, writing, guided reflection, and gentle resets. The service may change as we improve it, and availability can vary by device, region, or account state.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Users must provide accurate information where required for account access or support.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
- Users may not misuse the service, interfere with product operation, scrape content, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Caelumly may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, or security risks.
Your reflection data
Reflection entries are personal content. They stay on your device by default. If you choose to sign in and enable private cloud sync, the relevant reflection data is stored so it can be available on your signed-in devices.
You are responsible for the content you add to Caelumly. Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights. You may export your reflection data and use the in-app controls to clear local data or permanently delete your account and synced data.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Caelumly brand, website, product materials, and original content are owned by or licensed to Caelumly. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially reuse protected materials except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.

Caelumly is a reflection tool, not a medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, financial, or other professional service. It does not diagnose, treat, or guarantee any outcome.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caelumly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Caelumly may update these Terms, the service, or specific features as the product evolves. Material updates should be reflected by updating this page and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice inside the product, on the website, or through account-related communications.
