Caelumly is a digital product focused on AI tarot, astrology, and self-reflection. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information Caelumly may collect, how that information may be used, when it may be shared, and how users can contact us about privacy, access, or deletion requests.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Caelumly website, waitlist, customer support channels, and the Caelumly app experience when it becomes available. Some data practices may depend on the features a user chooses to use, the device or platform involved, and whether the user joins the waitlist, creates an account, or makes a purchase.

Information we may collect

Depending on the features a user uses, Caelumly may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information such as a waitlist email address, support email, or account email.
  • Account or sign-in information if account creation becomes available.
  • Profile details a user chooses to provide for astrology or self-reflection features, such as birth date, birth time, or birth location.
  • Subscription, purchase, and transaction support records needed to verify entitlements or resolve billing questions.
  • Device, app, and usage information such as diagnostics, feature interactions, and basic analytics events.
  • Notification-related data, such as a push token, if a user enables notifications.
  • Support messages, deletion requests, privacy correspondence, and other customer service history.

How we may use information

  • To operate the website, waitlist, support workflows, and app features.
  • To create, maintain, and secure user accounts when account access is offered.
  • To generate astrology, tarot, and self-reflection experiences requested by the user.

Caelumly may share information with service providers that help us operate the product and website, such as infrastructure, analytics, communications, app delivery, payment support, or customer support tools. Caelumly may also disclose information when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, respond to valid legal requests, or protect users, the service, or the public from misuse, fraud, or security threats. Caelumly does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Caelumly retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, manage subscriptions, respond to support issues, protect the product, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

We aim to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no website, app, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

User rights, access, and deletion

Users may request access to certain account-related information, request correction of inaccurate information, or request account or data deletion by contacting privacy@caelumly.com. General support requests may also be sent to support@caelumly.com.

To help us process a request, users should include the email address associated with the account or waitlist signup and a short description of the request. We may need to verify identity before completing certain access, correction, or deletion requests.

Children's privacy

Caelumly is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to provide their own consent. If additional region-specific age-gating or parental consent requirements become necessary, those requirements should be applied before or at launch.
